Employee relationships can be regarded as links between employers and employees in the workplace.  These may be formal as well as informal. There are several ways in which employment relationships are to be maintained at the workplace which can be discussed as follows (hni.com, 2022) (allstrategy.net, 2022) (iedunote.com, 2022).

Connect





Organizations must show the valuing of employees which maintain open channels between employees and the company. There should be a proper approach in connecting with the superiors creating a transparent platform.

Career



Organizations need to provide challenging and meaningful work for the employees which demonstrating opportunities for career advancement. Employees should be motivated towards higher performance

Clarity



A clear vision needs to be communicated and there should be regular conversations to keep a proper track.  A comprehensive support to be gained for strategies from the employees.

Convey



It is required to clarify their expectations and to provide performance feedback. Skills of the employees to be developed to properly conduct performance appraisals

Congratulate



Employees should be given proper recognition and it is vital to attract the employees who undertake right things while providing meaningful rewards.

Contribute



Awareness on employee contribution needs to be built connecting individual objectives to the organizational objectives. Hence, a transparent tracking system needs to be maintained such as balance scorecard.

Control



Boundaries to be set with employee consent and it is required to make employees a part of the decision-making process while ensuring consistency.

Collaborate



Building high performing teams needs to be concentrated while creating an environment of trust. due prominence needs to be given for team performance and team-based rewards to be introduced.

Credibility



It is required to maintain organizational reputation while demonstrating high ethical standards and ethics in decision making.

Confidence



Organizations should be exemplars of high-performance standards while fostering genuine relationships. It is vital to use relationships to ensure higher results
