Conflict management styles which can be practiced by the organization




Employee relations can be considered as the links between employers and employees in the workplace. These may be formal, such as contracts of employment or procedural agreements or they may be informal in the shape of the psychological contract. These employees as well as superiors tend to work together in order to accomplish a desired target. However, there are several conflicts which would arrive when actual business activities are undertaken. Therefore, it is essential to identify approaches through which such conflicts can be properly managed by the management (Ayaz Ahmed Chachar, et al., 2017).

Competing

It can be identified that several employees as well as the management personnel are not in an agreement to go ahead with several decisions or requirements where both parties are keen on win their own perspective or the demand. Therefore, the final decisions would be based on the level of demand being created by a stipulated party to the other party (Doherty, et al., 2022).

Collaborating



Instead of competing to accomplish a stipulated desired by one party, this approach focuses on getting together in order to find the best possible solution to manage the organizational activities.

Compromising

It can be identified that the employees tend to have comprehensive discussion regarding the study scope and the entire organization should come into an overall conclusion regarding the process.

Accommodating

This strategy is used to go aligning with the employees where the increasing in employee demand is fully settled by the n investing activities.

Avoiding

Instead of finding a proper solution for the conflict, employees as well as company owners tend to be more actual in removing with the conflict.
